Someone’s Gotta Say It (Again): Republicans are terrible at picking Supreme Court Justices.

Two of Trump’s Supreme Court picks, Barrett and Kavanaugh, have just recently joined the liberals on the court saved Obamacare, AGAIN.

After all the cheating Mitch McConnell has done to get his choice of Justices, they always become liberals on the high court. All of this bragging they do about packing the court. But they get negative outcomes.

This once again proves The Jamal Theory, formulated in a Harlem luxury apartment on 135th and Lenox, roughly ten years ago. It goes like this:

The right has no idea what they are doing when they pick judges. Zero. They are clueless. Because the law is not subject to delusion.

That’s it. That’s why courts keep smacking Republicans down. Because Republicans think that their delusion, which works everywhere else, should also work in a courtroom. But it doesn’t. At least not THAT type of Political delusion. White supremacy, on the other hand, does just fine in American courtrooms. In fact, it blossoms there. For now.

But a lot of Republican justice picks became liberal stars on the high court. They save abortion and Obamacare. And that’s because law is not subject to the type of warping of reality that republicans really desire. They desire delusional outcomes of the type that are no longer applicable in a large, multicultural nation.

In the REPUBLICAN mind, Abortion can be made illegal everywhere. All they have to do is pick the right judge. So they bend over backward to nominate judges who they THINK will strike down Roe V. Wade. But it never happens.

It never happens, because In the REAL WORLD, REAL JUDGES, even Republican ones, all know how impractical it is to bring regulation into a woman’s uterus. How do you even do that, in a country that doesn’t guarantee that same woman, HEALTHCARE? It’s like “F*ck YOU MISS! But you better KEEP THAT BABY!” How do you guarantee the life of the baby without guaranteeing the life of its pregnant mother? It’s DELUSIONAL. There is no logic to be found in that proposition. And worse, there IS NO more tragic a situation for a baby to be in, than being unwanted. That’s a good foundation for a serial killer. Who is gonna monitor all the unwanted babies and keep them alive once they are born? As it is, the government can barely maintain roads and bridges. And bridges don’t need milk every day.

This is the government that maintains LaGuardia Airport. Have you seen LaGuardia airport? If you haven’t, don’t go there. If you DO go there, definitely don’t take a flight to China and have a look at one of THEIR airports, as a comparison. Don’t do that.

This is why almost all lawyers are on the left. Cause if you’re delusional, it’s much harder to make it through law school.
